Bheki has over 15 years of Financial services and consulting experience in various management areas spanning across IT
Systems Development and Management, Programme Management, Channel Head and Strategist. Most of his experience has been
at Absa Bank, Standard Bank, First National Bank and IQ Business Group.
He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from UNISA and a Masters degree in Futures Studies from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. His experience
enables him to help customers achieve optimal performance and solutions in their business activities.

Dr. Ernest Mnkandla - (CSM, and Member of: IEEE, CSSA, SAIEE, Scrum Alliance, PMI,
PMSA)

Ernest is a senior lecturer at the University of Johannesburg, in the Department
of Business Information Technology, he lectures Information Technology Management,
and IT Project Management. He has lectured in ICT for more than eleven years. His
educational background includes a first degree in Electrical Engineering, a masters
degree in Computer Science, and a PhD in Software Engineering. His research interests
are in IT project management, especially the relations between PMI's PMBOK and Agile
Project Management (APM), the adoption issues in agile software development methods,
the broader issues of software process improvement (SPI), and Organizational and
project maturity models (e.g. CMMI, OPM3). Ernest has presented extensively on agile
methodologies and project management locally and internationally. His vast critical
thinking, functional, advisory and academic experience in Information Technology
makes him help customers outperform their peers in their strategic activities.

Dr. Nomgcobo Mzizana - MBCHB, Paediatrician

Dr. Mzizana is a practising medical professional currently in charge of the paediatric
Ward at the King Edward IV hospital in Durban and is also a business woman.
She also holds several Medical Diplomas. She is a passionate and experienced medical
executive whose skills compliment the executive team of Thentica Technology and
Consulting.

Simphiwe Dlali - BTech, PMD, PMP

Simphiwe has several years of experience as a Project Manager mainly in the Financial
Sector having worked for Standard Bank, First National Bank, Citibank and Absa Bank.
His experience spans across various banking units including IT environments.
He holds a BTech, PMD from GIBS and PMP certified Project Manager. His hands on
experience and professionalism makes him provide appropriate solution delivery to
customers.
